My Review:
The Body Shop British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask is refreshing. I use the mask on days when my skin needs an additional boost. You can store it in a fridge to get the cooling effect. The mask smells very nice, it has a rosy scent that is pretty strong. I always use a spatula to scoop up the mask, or maybe the teaspoon will be better since the mask is liquidy.
I use the mask for about 15 minutes, wait until it is half dry not entirely dry then just wash it off with water. It rinses off easily. Just like its claim does replenish my skin, it makes it look fresh and plump.
It is said to be the Fresh rose face mask dupe, I cannot confirm since I never tried Fresh rose face mask. The Body Shop British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask is not necessarily given enough moisture for a long time. You need to continue it with your skincare routine. I was hoping it can be a dupe for the Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber gel mask extreme detoxifying hydrator which acts as a truly moisturizing mask for me personally. sadly, It did not achieve that level of hydration I am expecting. As for youthful-looking skin claim after using the mask, I did not really notice it either.
For those who are sensitive to smell or have sensitive skin should get a sample of The Body Shop British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask first to see whether you can stand the smell or not. This mask is suitable for oily and normal skin who love light texture mask, but I think for dry skin people this mask is probably not going to help much with the moisture level of your skin.
