If you have read my previous post about Chin Acne , then you must have known that I have persistent acne that continuously comes and go. Since that post, I have tried this one product that I hope can help to ease my chin acne. I have tried a couple of things besides using this new product too, such as stop drinking coffee. I love coffee so much; I drink it almost every day. Sometimes I purchase coffee from Starbucks, but mostly I make it at home. However, ever since the fasting month of May, I have acid reflux issues so I have to avoid drinking coffee in the meantime. Well, it has been about almost 3 months that I avoid drinking coffee, so sad. I miss coffee a lot.
Anyway, back to the new product that I tried, I have been using a new serum from Yuripibu, the Bifida repair ampoule. I chose this because my skin goes along very well with fermented skincare, and Yuripibu Bifida repair ampoule contains 96% of Bifida Ferment Lysate. The other products I already love that ferment ingredient is SKII FTE (with its Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate). SK II FTE works really well on my skin, so I thought there is a higher possibility that Yuripibu Bifida repair ampoule might match my skin too.

Here is the ingredient list of from Yuripibu Bifida Repair Ampoule:
Bifida ferment lysate, Lactobacillus Ferment Lysate, Angelica Archangelica Extract, Echinacea Purpurea Extract, rh-Oligopeptide-1, rh-Oligopeptide-2, rh-Polypeptide-1, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Water, Adenosine, Zanthoxylum piperitum Fruit Extract, Pulsatilla Koreana Extract, Usnea Barbata (Lichen) Extract
Price: $40 or around Rp 480.000 (price may vary depending on where you purchase it)
Packaging :
It is come in 50 ml of product, in a square brown glass bottle with pipette dropper. The bottle is slightly heavy; the pipette is easy to use.
Texture:
It is a very watery texture with no color; it almost looks like plain water if you did not smell the ampoule. There is obvious smell of ferment but it is not that strong. It can feel slightly sticky upon application but the sticky feeling will be gone once it is absorbed to the skin.
The application:
I put it in the serum slot. Apply after double cleansing – first essence – toner – Yuripibu Bifida repair ampoule – sheet mask – moisturizer
Shelf Life: Only 6 months
The claim:
3 Epidermal Growth Factors Further Inhibits The Acceleration Of Cell Death While Promoting Cell Turnover, Thus Slowing Down Aging And Flourishing A Youthful Look. Epidermal Growth Factors Are a Delicate Ingredient That Scientists Have Awarded the Nobel Prize for Its Breakthrough. This Life-Changing Trio Of Polypeptides In Bifida Repair Ampoule Also Stimulates Collagen Production Indirectly, By Secretly Stimulating Fibroblasts (Cell In Connective Tissues Of The Skin) To Secrete Collagen.
My Review:
I really love this ampoule. The watery texture makes it so easy to pair with other products. It goes along well with the rest of my skincare products. Easy to absorb into the skin, I use 2 pumps of the pipette for face and neck. Sometimes I add 1 extra layer when my skin feels dry, and it does not feel thick on my face after the second layer. I do not have a problem with the smell.
Initially, I did not notice any difference with this ampoule, I still using it regardless. Since it did not cause any breakout and it feels so light that I am thinking it does not have any impact on my skin. But after about a month, I notice the usual chin acne that always pays a visit every month, especially when I am about to have a period, did not appear. And the chin acne that already on my face started to calm down. The ampoule also strengthens my skin barrier, as a result, my skin feels healthier and more balanced. I did not really notice the anti-aging claims yet, but I think it does promote cell turn over which help to get rid of my chin acne.
I have tried a similar product with this ampoule which is Estee lauder advanced night repair serum and Missha time revolution night repair science activator ampoule. Both products are also containing Bifida ferment lysate like Yuripibu Bifida repair ampoule. The Missha ampoule had a very long ingredient list compare to Yuripibu Bifida repair ampoule. The texture is a little bit thicker with yellowish color, easy to absorb and has a subtle smell. The Missha ampoule is rave by many people, but sadly it did not work on my skin. It causes small bumps on my skin. As for Estee lauder advanced night repair serum, overall has a similar feel with Missha time revolution night repair science activator ampoule with a more expensive price tag. Unfortunately, Estee lauder advanced night repair serum is also a fail for me.
I did not find tons of reviews on Yuripibu Bifida repair ampoule, not many people are raving about it, but it is such a gem. The price is cheaper compared to is Estee lauder advanced night repair serum and Missha time revolution night repair science activator ampoule. Hopefully, Yuripibu Bifida repair ampoule will continue works on my skin, and I will definitely repurchase this product again.
