My Review:
I bought this serum because I wanted an antiaging serum. Urang is an interesting brand and has other star products, I have to decide between Urang Pink Everlasting Ampoule and Urang Blue Oil serum. Since the Urang Blue Oil serum is more targeted towards skin brightening, and hyperpigmentation, I opt for the Urang Pink Everlasting Ampoule.
It has Centella Asiatica Extract, one of my favorite ingredients that helps to soothe and calm the skin. The Urang Pink Everlasting Ampoule has a watery consistency, very light and easily absorb. The packaging is so pretty. However, I was disappointed when I open my Pink serum and wanted to try it, the pipette does not work at all. I have to pour the serum manually on my hand, and I often pour too much. It was a mess.
The serum itself is okay, but I do not see a noticeable effect on my face. Unlike its claim, Urang Pink Everlasting Ampoule not really hydrating enough for my oily skin. One thing I do not like about the serum is the scent. Oh my god, the smell is way too strong for my liking. It almost smells like dish soap. Some people like the scent and describe it as a fresh rose scent, but not to me. For a $64 price tag, I was expecting more from this serum. When I applied it in combination with certain masks, my face will get irritated and red. The serum only works when I simplify my routine with just toner-serum-moisturizer, but I need more hydration. Perhaps, my skin does not do very well with silk amino acid.
